From ADTAC Disinformation Inventory
Legislation
Colombia observes net neutrality as enshrined by Article 56 of Law 1450 of 2011. In Colombia the only illegal content online is child sexual abuse material.[1]
Judicial Rulings
In 2019, a Supreme court ruling held that blog operators could be held responsible for third party defamatory content posted on their platforms if they do not use proper moderation mechanisms including identifying the authors of posts.[2][3]
